Every unit is inspected individually. Knowing the line in advance saves you a return shipment.
We accept
- Brand new and factory sealed
- Original packaging, undamaged
- Purchased from a recognised retailer
- Serial number present and legible (electronics)
- Accessories and bundles in their retail packaging
We don't accept
- Opened, used, refurbished or open-box units
- Resealed, relabelled or damaged boxes
- Carrier-locked or activation-locked devices
- Bundles split apart or missing their included items
- Anything without a traceable purchase invoice
